Scholarship information

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INCOMING AND RETURNING STUDENTS

General Scholarship Application

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine offers competitive scholarships to qualified medical students.  The Scholarship Committee meets in the spring and summer to award scholarships to deserving students.

To receive a scholarship, a student must remain in good academic and non-academic standing for the entire academic year. A student must also submit the Scholarship Acknowledgement Form upon request and as described in the scholarship notification. All scholarships are a one-time scholarship award and are based on the availability of funds.

To renew a scholarship or to be considered for a scholarship, students must submit an  application annually by April 1st and submit a FAFSA application annually by April 15 to be considered.
