Summer Enrichment Program (SEP)

The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine hosts it's annual Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) for rising high school juniors and seniors who are interested in medicine. The program typically includes sessions in critical thinking, learning styles, professionalism, leadership and much more.

Mission Statement

The Summer Enrichment Program strives to offer an opportunity of growth to incoming high school rising juniors and seniors from West Texas who aspire to attend medical school after completing an undergraduate degree. This goal is accomplished by providing guidance and encouragement while presenting insightful sessions and helpful activities for one week during the summer.
