Request for CME Transcript
TTUHSC OAICME offers online access to your CME records. Log in to "My Portal" to retrieve and print your CME Transcript for activities dating from September 2011 to the present. You can also update your profile, complete evaluations, check in to activities, view your registration and credit history, and print certificates. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit updates after an activity.

For login assistance, contact us at 806-743-2929. Each user must have a unique email address; shared addresses may lead to errors. Our system requires that account holders must have an individual/separate email address. No two users can have the same email address. Reset your password via "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. You will then receive reset instructions via email. Don't create a new account if you've attended our CME activities before; it may cause duplicates.
CME Transcript Request
The CME Transcript Request option expires on January 1st, 2024.
For an official transcript, use the "My Portal” option. To request a transcript via email, complete the provided form. Transcripts are provided free of charge and will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of this request.
Academic Transcript
Academic Transcripts are available through the TTUHSC Office of the Registrar.
