Dear TTUHSC Community,

Thank you for helping to move our campuses to Phase IV of our Emergency Remote Work Operational Phases so quickly

With our transition to Phase IV Operations, I have directed the following:

Campus Access & Self-Attestation

Access points for employees will remain the same as previously shared. Students have been directed that they are no longer able to access campus buildings during Phase IV.

Effective Friday, March 27, all TTUHSC team members who come to campus for work will be required to self-assess and report that they are not exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. This will be done through the online employee self-attestation form, a link to this form is available under HR Updates/Guides.

This requirement is designed for your health and safety, as well as our ability to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 - we're all in this together.

Tools and Resources

To help centralize information for employees related to university operations, I want to share a few resources with you. Links to HR Updates/Guides and Operations Updates are now prominently displayed on the university's COVID-19 webpage.

As updates are made to operational processes or HR guidance in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, resources will be posted on these pages. Notifications will be shared via TTUHSC announcements. Please check these pages frequently to ensure you receive the most up-to-date information. Recent updates Include:

  • Mission-Critical Hiring Process
The mission-critical hiring process has been posted on the HR Updates/Guide page under the manager's toolkit.
  • Campus Mail
Procedures for mail distribution on each campus has been posted on the Operations Updates page.

This is just a glimpse of the generosity of our community in just a few short days!

Each day, I'm humbled at how each of you visibly demonstrates our values - kindhearted, integrity, visionary, leadership, beyond service, one team - even in the face of new challenges and unknowns. Thank you!
