Good TTUHSC Community

As there now are confirmed cases of community spread COVID-19 in our TTUHSC service area, we are making additional changes on our campuses to further ensure the safety and well-being of our team. Effective today, we will begin the transition to Phase IV of our Emergency Remote Work Operational Phases.

During this phase, we will move all campus operations to remote work, with the exception of those identified as critical functions. If you are not identified in a critical function role, please reach out to your supervisor for approval should you need to return to campus for any reason. This will help ensure we are minimizing unnecessary contact as part of the public health solution to COVID-19 while continuing to support our great university.

My expectation is for us to fully execute the move to Phase IV by Wednesday, March 25.

Please continue to reference our university resources throughout the COVID-19 pandemic:

Moving forward, I understand that you may still have some questions regarding how to function in a remote work environment. I appreciate your patience as our internal operations teams continue to develop processes that support our university. As these become available, I will provide updates to our TTUHSC community.

You each have a valuable role in supporting our great university by serving our students, our patients, and our communities. Thank you for your dedication to providing service beyond what is expected.

Warmest regards,
