Submitting a Request for a Cayuse Account

The Office of Research Integrity uses the Cayuse electronic platform for the management of our Research Administration.  It allows us to keep our human subject research submissions in the same space as our COIC financial disclosures.

We are currently using two modules - Human Ethics (for IRB human subject research submissions) and Outside Interests (for submitting/managing COIC financial disclosures).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make sure that you have visited the Cayuse Access page and tried to log in to Cayuse BEFORE submitting a request.  It's very possible that you already have a Cayuse account that you are unaware of.
