Biography

Shreyas Gaikwad completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, India in 2015, and his Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutics from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, India in 2017. Later, he worked for two years as a Scientific and Medical Writer at Springer-Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions in Pune. He joined the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) student in August of 2019, and is presently working in the laboratory of Dr. Sanjay Srivastava with the Department of Immunotherapeutics and Biotechnology in Abilene.

Research Interests:

Screening novel agents for their anti-cancer activity and investigating their in-vitro and in-vivo effect against metastatic cancers.
