Important Numbers
Circulation
- General Collection materials circulate for two weeks and may be renewed twice for additional two week periods
- Audiovisual materials circulate for varying periods
- Borrowed items may be renewed by phone (432-335-5172)
- Overdue items may not be renewed
- Maximum 12 items
- Journals and Reference materials do not circulate
- Overdue General Collection or Audiovisual items accrue fines of $.50 per day per item
- Overdue Reserve items accrue fines at $.50 per hour per item
- For lost items, the borrower is responsible for the replacement cost of each item, a $25.00 processing fee, and all accrued overdue fines
- Borrowing privileges are suspended until all overdue items are returned and all fines are paid

| A reference librarian is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in person by calling 432-335-5171. Virtual Reference Librarian is available on the library's web page. |

All copying is paid for using debit cards. The cards are available in increments of $2, $5, and $10 (20, 65, and 150 pages)

Other Services
