Data Center Backup Retention
The TTUHSC IT Data Center has and continues to undergo a number of upgrades and changes. Increased electrical capacity, overhead data cable management, new flooring, new servers, rack enclosures and power distribution units are some of the latest changes. The installation of an additional uninterruptible power supply and Liebert DS Glycooler computer room air conditioning system are currently underway. One of the many advantages to maintaining and centralizing institutional data within the Data Center is the reliability of safeguarding and recovering data in the event of a disaster.
