From here it's possible.
As we get ready to open our new four-year medical school, there is much interest in the campus and the students. At the end of the month we will host and tour the American Red Cross El Paso Chapter. Next week, the Junior League of El Paso will also stop by for a tour of the Medical Education Building of the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. Staff from the Clinical Skills and Clinical Simulation Center, as well as the teaching labs on the fourth floor, have been gracious enough to volunteer to talk about and show off their respective areas to these accomplished and influential women. I know they'll be very impressed. After the tour, I will fill them in on some of the unique experiences our medical students will have as part of their curriculum.
Other schools in the area aren't very busy during the summer, but for TTUHSC Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, the summer is our busiest season as our academic year begins July 1. We'll have multiple groups of students attending orientations and finally starting their classes and programs. July 1 will bring us 72 new resident physicians for orientation. Our third year medical students will have their orientation July 6 and start classes July 7.
Our Paul L. Foster School of Medicine students will be on campus for orientation July 9 and begin classes July 13. I want to invite all faculty to a welcome breakfast for our new students on July 9 starting at 7:30 a.m. If you happen to see any of our new residents or medical students on campus, please make them feel welcome. It's going to be an exciting summer and the beginning of a new era for our first, four-year medical school on an international border.

Foster School of Medicine employees and volunteers that there is a dress code policy. We should be able to convey professional appearance and still be comfortable, even as temperatures rise. A few items on the dress code policy considered inappropriate wear are shorts, mini-skirts, flip flops, spaghetti straps, and clothing that exposes the midriff and torso. Shoes must be worn appropriate to department and job requirements. The dress code policy also
