School of Medicine in Amarillo Recognizes Residents
The School of Medicine honored its graduating residents June 5 during the 31st annual Resident Recognition Lunch at the Amarillo Country Club. Thirty-two residents who have completed their training were recognized by their respective departments for their service to TTUHSC and the Amarillo community. Local Patient Finds an Ally at TTUHSC
After seeing many doctors to no avail, Canyon resident Ashley Campbell conducted extensive research of her own and discovered her symptoms matched those of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). She was later surprised to learn a TTUHSC pediatrician was conducting POTS research in Amarillo, and has since found an ally in him for treating and managing her symptoms. MORE»
