New Year means new HealthSelect ID cards

If you are enrolled in HealthSelect or Consumer Directed HealthSelect, you should have received a new ID card to use for medical appointments and at the pharmacy. Begin showing your new ID card to your medical providers and network pharmacy on January 1. If you have not received your ID card yet, please contact OptumRx at (866) 336-9371 (TTY: 711.)

Earlier this year, the Employees Retirement System of Texas selected OptumRx, an affiliate of UnitedHealthcare, to administer the prescription drug programs for employees and their families enrolled in HealthSelect and Consumer Directed HealthSelect.
